Katja is very caring and fun to work with. The classes covered a variety of exercises and always a little different.

Motivational and personal approach describe Katja, and I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer. Her workouts are always a challenge but safe and fun. She takes time to teach form and explain why the workout is important. She’s very knowledgeable , extremely dedicated , and tailors sessions to meet specific needs of her clients.
