I am happy to see you are interested in getting healthier. My name is Kate. I thrive on helping people achieve their health goals. From the person who has never liked to workout to the person doing something every day, I am here to help. Accountability is 50% of success. I travel to my clients, to workout in their environment, whether their home gym, apartment, backyard, park, or public gym. I make the session adaptable to what is best for them.
I have always been a care giver, in all the jobs I have held. hairstylist, healthcare, and now personal health and wellness. My heart is in what I do. I am a certified personal trainer thru NASM, as well as certified in exercise nutrition thru Precision Nutrition. I'm invested in each persons successes every tiny step of the way.
The workouts and nutrition plan will be tailored to your goals, and ability. I will push you where and when you can be pushed and back off when necessary. Most of my clients will have "homework". ... things they need to accomplish on their own.
Unlike some trainers who you will meet, I know what it's like to be over weight, out of shape, unhealthy and feel very unhappy. I've been on that rollercoaster and I want to help you.
I travel to my clients homes for workouts. You will actually be working with ME. Not handed off to some other trainers, or into a group training class. You and I will work one on one to tackle your goals

Kate guided me exactly the way I needed to be guided so as to avoid injuries. I hired Kate to "dummy" proof my workouts so that I would not repeat the mistakes of the past where I would get injured. With Kate's guidance, I am confident about my workout improving my health and keeping me injury free. We get together for a consultation. This is where we sit and talk about goals and expectations. We will go thru a quick workout so I can see strengths and weakness and where we need to work to get to your goal, and you can also see how I train. Once you have decided to continue with me, we set up sessions and start where you are, and work from there.
