Hey there! I go by Coach Whit and I have been into health and fitness for over 6 years professionally and over 10 years personally. I began in the fitness world back in 2016 when I competed in my first amateur body building competition. The discipline and persistence that required of me gave me the courage to transition my career from management to personal training and I haven’t looked back since. My trainer style incorporated building healthy sustainable habits that ultimately drive lasting results. I work with women of all ages and all fitness levels. With me as a coach you’re sure to transform not only your body but also your life!

Pricing startes at $199 a month and goes up from there based on clients additional needs.
I also offer packages where clients can save by commuting to more time with me.
