Come as you are, our personal trainers have worked with over 1000 clients over 20 years, and we can work with you. we can get you to whatever fitness goal you have, be it strength training, weight loss,  body building, etc. we offer customized nutrition plans based on your height,  weight, body fat composition, overall activity level. After a workout there is nothing better than a nice stretch as a nice massage. We offer that as part of our personal training packages. Give us a call and we can book for a special, and free, evaluation so you can a feel what working out Fitnessx365 .  we offer multiple pricing options  $30 for a 30 minute session, $45 for 45 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes. This moment in my life, finds me depressed and melancholy; partly because I had gained several unwanted pounds that I could have live without. I ferociously searched for a personal training facility that I could feel comfortably with. My perfect solution was FITNESSX365. I wanted to lose a total of 45 pounds. I wanted to look like a first year marine, trimmed and utterly confident. This task was going to be a mindset of body and will. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

my typical process for working with a new student start with a Fitness consultation, and a Fitness assessment, ask questions about their goals. And about their medical history. also Providing a customized nutrition program Base off your Height, weight , and body fat composition and activity level. I also Provide a safe efficient strength training Program for obese clients and advanced clients. I also Provide a different cardio programs for each and every client.

I started out as a football and basketball athlete in college and that's when, I also started working out in the gyms. I got certified with international sport science association as a  Personal trainer afterwards.

I have worked with a client who lost over a 100 Pounds in a span of a 11/2 to years. I enjoyed seeing this client reach her goal and be motivated to go on each and every day. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

make sure you conduct a research. make sure the trainer is certified with a accreditation organization . Make sure the trainer know about nutrition. make sure the trainer have years experience in training a lot of clients.
