What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students start with a complimentary fitness and lifestyle consultation. This introduces the student to our Proven Approach, sets expectations for the coach and the student, and gives the student a taste of our coaching style.
Working together needs to be a good fit for both the coach and the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Exercise Science, focus in cardiac rehabilitation
13 years experience training all ages and fitness levels
Have held: ACSM Special Populations Certification, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, USAW Weightlifting Coach,
Currently Hold: Crossfit Level 4 Coach, CF Olympic Lifting Certified, CF Kids Certified, First Aid and CPR
