My passion is to help people reach their goals. I have been in fitness for 20 years. I am certified through the National Accademy of Sports Medicine for personal training, and as a women's fitness and fitness nutrition specialist.
We will determine your health goals and make a plan on how I can support you in accomplishing them.
I also teach Spinning, Pilates, Weight Training and TRX suspension training.
I can provide nutritional programs based on your needs and lifestyle preferences.
