What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, you'll complete an assessment form and we'll schedule a zoom meeting to get to know each other and figure out the best training program based on your fitness goals, experience, schedule, etc.
After that, I will create a customized training program based on your needs, experience schedule, etc. You will have access to a Trainerize the app platform. In this app, you will get access to your activity calendar where you'll see your scheduled workouts, each workout will have videos explaining the exercises, reps, sets, intensity, etc. In this app, you will also be able to communicate with me anytime and ask me questions about your exercises, modifications, etc.
We will also have bi-weekly zoom meetings to check how are you doing.
