What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When you start training with me we will begin with an assessment and measurements, followed by goal setting. This will help determine the time commitement and style of training that will be applied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and a corrective exercise specialist in the BioMechanics Method. My additional certificates in health coaching and nutrition allow me to deliver a well rounded program to each client.

How did you get started teaching?
I worked for several years in a hospital around sick people. I wanted to help people prevent illness as much as possible through living healthy lives.

I specialize in helping women 30-50 years young lose weight, increase energy and feel healthier then ever!
