    Kristen is a great personal trainer. She really motivates you to get going and then works with you to keep up the good work. She focuses on what areas are weak so that your whole body is working and not falling apart! Her goal is to work with you so that you achieve your goals. She won't kill you during a workout so you can't move the next day but takes you on a journey where you are surprised that you can do what you couldn't do before (or in my case a long time - multiple sets of situps!) I've been working with her for about 6 months and the investment in my health with her now that I am in my mid 40's will pay dividends for decades to come! Thanks Kristen!     She knew what my limitations were and worked to improve them. She was very careful of the exercises she had me do so I would not hurt myself. In a manner of weeks I saw great improvement and continue to do so. I was able to move my frozen shoulder without any discomfort.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When you start training with me we will begin with an assessment and measurements, followed by goal setting. This will help determine the time commitement and style of training that will be applied. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified personal trainer through the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and a corrective exercise specialist in the BioMechanics Method. My additional certificates in health coaching and nutrition allow me to deliver a well rounded program to each client.

How did you get started teaching?

I worked for several years in a hospital around sick people. I wanted to help people prevent illness as much as possible through living healthy lives.

I specialize in helping women 30-50 years young lose weight, increase energy and feel healthier then ever!

Make sure you have a great connection and they listen you your needs.
