About
My Bachelor's of Science in Fitness and Health Promotions sets me apart from others in this profession. A college degree is not required so much of the field simply has certifications. I am able to use my education to pinpoint weight management solutions to go along with my functional personal training techniques and nutritional recommendations. These strategies make it easy to pack on muscle, lose weight, or tone up.
I love having the opportunity to improve other's quality of life by implementing better life choices and guiding them through a safe and effective workout.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our frst step is a free health consultation to set goals and go over current metabolic readings. We always start our personal training sessions at each individuals speed and progress at the clients individualized rate. No one is the same and we make accommodations for each and every client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors of science in fitness and health promotions with many experiences in many different settings such as athletic performance, weight loss, and with all age ranges.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We have all sorts of programs to make training not only physically comfortable, but financially comfortable.
How did you get started teaching?
I began exercising in high school and developed a love and passion for it. From there I realized that I could help others that would like to begin a healthier life style and achieve their goals.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with youth athletes from age 5 to 70 year old clients that are looking to improve activities of daily living. Every program is adjusted to fit each individual.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our current events that we are starting to plan is an annual health fair and an annual 5k in which all proceeds will go towards a local Naperville foundation. Almost Home Kids is a short-term community based pediatric healthcare facility that brings together Medical Professionals, Recreational Volunteers, Community Providers, Sponsors, Donors, Friends, Corporate and Civic Partners.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would recommend them to be sure that they know who they are hiring! Unfortunatly the fitness field is very watered down with uneducated people which makes all of us in the field look bad. I will not hire trainers at my facility without a Bachelor's of science in an exercise science related field.
