Sergio teaches in a way where anyone can pick up useful defense skills very quickly. I also love that he incorporates multiple fighting styles and methods.

I loved all the knowledge and confidence I took away from working with Sergio and his team. They made sure to answer all the questions I had and remained patient until I understood. I will definitely continue to work with them and highly recommend.

Sergio Macias, is such an amazing Street Defense Instructor. Chicago in Action Studio students learned so much from him. He takes his time and makes sure you feel comfortable but at the same time focuses on helping you build that confidence needed, while he teaches. We have learned so much from Sergio.

It helps me to build my confidence

I was very excited and surprised how well the class was run. I learned about what to do in case a gun was pointed at me. I learned what do say, where to place my hands, how to assess the situation and do what will be the best choice for my safety. I was truly happy I attended.
