What seperates us from the rest is we take the time to design programs we call "Full Body Training", meaning we just don't focus on just looking good, but also making sure each client is able to improve in their daily actions; whether moving heavy things, to having flexibility and balance to prevent a fall or injuries. As a result, each client can go through their lives feeling strong and energetic to achieve more!

My number 1 thing I've enjoyed in the last 14 years of my career is to see the faces of my clients' smile when they achieve a fitness goal they never thought they could do just 4 weeks ago. I love to paint a vision for each client on being stronger, fitter, and feeling confident to set new goals as they improve. It drives my passion for helping others!

    Each potential Success Story will recieve a free fitness orientation. We believe you don't know where your going until you know where you been; and we use this time to ask the right questions on a clients past, current goals, any special conditions, and more to make sure we put together a personalized program just for them.

    I've been an ACE Certified Trainer for 14 years, along with specializing in Women's fitness and Body Transformation. In addition, I am a Certified Golf Conditioning Specialist (7 years), Group Fitness Instructor (8 years), and Cardio Interval Training Coach (6 years)

    Pricing depends on client goals, needs, scheduling, and budget. We offer several options for a client to choose from.
