We are a 24/7 fitness center with excellent qualified personal trainers, small group trainers and have excellent security for the safety of all of our clients and members
Our main goal is to keep all of our clients healthy and active while providing them the most personal programming to meet their individual needs. We tailor everything specific to the individual based upon their desires, needs, goals, and concerns. Our personal training is not only about providing a workout or a program but to educate our clientele on how to become more autonomous so that they are set up for the present and the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We conduct an hour long consult to gather all information pertinent to putting together a program specific to each client's needs. This involves a few low impact assessments to show where the individual is in their personal fitness giving us an idea of where the person needs to begin in their regimen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our personal trainers are certified with nationally recognized personal training certifications
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We give all new prospective clients $150 commitment free. Make sure we are a good fit and we can go from there. Our prices vary depending on length of session, commitment periods and other factors. It all is tailored around each individual's needs

We work with everyone! Healthy or severely limited we are properly trained to make sure we keep you safe!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure your trainer provides an assessment and asks you lots of questions about your preferences, limitations and goals before throwing you into a workout!
