"A healthy mind in a healthy body" Physical exercise is an important part of physical and psychological well-being.
Since 2006 I have been training individuals and groups to achieve their goals. I enjoy personal training and it is rewarding to see my clients succed. I specialize in weight loss, functional movement, pre- and post-surgery as well as in hands-on-stretching.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Germany, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED, FMS Level I

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I meet for a complimentary session with each person. This takes about 60 min. and allows us to get to know each other, talk about fitness experience, fitness goals and an assessment.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching aerobics and step classes when I was 18 years old.
