Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing varies based on class type, location, and group size. Groups have the option of paying a flat rate or each participant can pay individually per class.
How did you get started teaching?
The gym has always been my happy place, I have a passion for fitness and enjoy sharing it with others.
What types of students have you worked with?
A large variety, from begginer to advanced at all levels of fitness. Accesibility of fitness is important to me. As a fitness instructor one of the sadest things I hear is that people start workoing out and taking classes, but they were either not given the modifications they needed for sucess or felt like they were not being pushed hard enough to continue seeing results as they advance. In both situeations the participants can loose intrest and give up. I don't want that to happen so I always offer a variety of levels thought the workout to meet the particiant(s)level of fitness.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you are doing 1 on one or smalll groups make sure the personality of the participants and professional belend. There are many diffrent training styles and greeat people out there but we are all diffrent and what is great for some people isn't for evryone.
