I have been training with Glen for the last 7 weeks. I am thrilled with my strength and balance improvement. I am a 61 year old man, that has not worked out in 8 years. I appreciate how Glen took me where I was...very weak...and he built a customized workout plan that was perfect for me. He did not overwhelm me in the beginning and he has been incredibly encouraging. I appreciate the way he customizes all he does to help me improve my strength and balance. I grew up playing basketball. I have not played in years, but he has incorporated some exercises using a basketball. I have a friend that also trains with Glen, who loved football and he incorporates football exercises for him. I highly recommend Glen! Prior to starting we sit down and listen your goals and how we can help you. We will also perform a comprehensive assessment that helps us to identify your specific needs. Based on discovery and your goals we will create a program customized for you. Having a detailed plan will help to maximize results in the shortest amount of time possible. In addition the risk of injury is much less – so you won’t be sidelined.
Glen is certified with the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer, medical exercise specialist, and is a level one Crossfit trainer.
Yvette is certified with the American Council on Exercise.
Both of us have extensive continuing education on subjects including weight loss, strength training, triggerpoint therapy, and functional movement.
We begin with our Jumpstart program which includes three sessions for $99. During your jumpstart sessions you will learn your current fitness levels, common sense/practical nutrition information, answers to any fitness related questions, and the most effective exercise program for your goals. After the jumpstart sessions will vary between $50 and $70 depending on the length and frequency of sessions.
