About
We do things a little different at PrimeTime. We do 1 on 1 sessions and we also do small group PT from 3-6 people. Small enough to have all of the attention from your trainer, but not so big where you get lost in the crowd. This is NOT a boot camp class. We don't just cheer you on. We teach you how to move correctly so you won't get hurt and we also have our programs built so that you are constantly improving.
I love working with people. I truly care about all of my clients. They aren't just a number. We put in a lot of time and work together and I learn just as much from them as they do from me.
this is 10 years and I'll never stop changing lives.
