Seeing a client really happy and surprised at their own progress which had alluded them for so long.

I joined The Garage 1½ years ago, the best thing I’ve ever done for fitness. I am 63 years old, have routinely worked out and have enjoyed good overall fitness, but The Garage has taken me to a whole new level.
Jim Bates workouts develop strength, stamina, agility, balance, are always varied and always very satisfying.
He has a great client base that is inspiring to workout with.
I recommend Jim Bates and his coaching highly.

I started working out with Jim at The Garage in November of 2014. At the time I was working out on my own and had just had my second child.
Jim asked what my goal was and I told him that I wanted to tone my body since it was still soft from having kids. I didn’t really know what to expect, but soon learned to love Jim and the attention he pays to his clients.
I noticed quite a difference in my strength within a few weeks. Jim really takes the time to work with each member personally and tries to help us reach our goals.
The Garage also has a real sense of community with the members and we have fun working out together! I truly enjoy the days I get to go to The Garage and always feel so much better about myself after I leave.
His system really works.
It’s a great place to work out!
