Heather R. Johnson, is NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) certified.  Heather is an experienced personal trainer who enjoys helping her clients reach their health and fitness goals.  Although Heather works with women and men of all ages and fitness levels, she specializes in women's personal training.

 
Heather opened Be Envied Personal Training studio in Illinois in 2009 with the mission of providing affordable personal training services in a comfortable, spa-like  setting.  Heather has recently brought Be Envied to Kansas.  Heather's style of personal training makes having a gym membership unnecessary.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meet during the free consultation and assess where the student wants to be and how we will work together to get them there.   

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Heather's background includes graduating from National Personal Training Institute in 2008.  An NPTI degree is NOT obtained online, but through 500 hours of comprehensive, hands-on training with 100 hours of Nutrition certification. 
 
Additional certifications include "Lifetime Certification"; Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED certification; membership with the National Sports Conditioning Association; and membership with IDEA Fitness.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Sessions are prepaid in either bi-weekly payments or at a discount for 10-sessions paid up front.  


What types of students have you worked with?
Beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. 
Clients wanting to improve sport performance. 
Seniors wanting to increase balance, reduce injuries, improve energy levels and to be able to function on a daily basis to maintain duration of independence. 
Clients getting ready for a special event, planning to achieve maximum weight loss and toning prior to a specific event such as wedding, reunion, birthday, anniversary, etc.
Clients wanting rehabilitation after injury to improve strength after being released from physician's care.
