I am a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from LSU. I am employed at French Riviera Fitness, JCC in Metairie, and Anytime Fitness. I have worked with clients from all ages and with all sorts of injuries. I would love to help you change your life!

I love seeing my clients push past what they thought were their limits! I dealt with depression for a long time and from that experience, I love to help others overcome whatever barriers they have in their lives. I believe persevering through a training session has a strong influence in teaching us to persevere through life’s difficult times! My business name is inspired from James 1:4- Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

    Raj has changed my life! Prior to him training me I had gained weight and was struggling finding motivation. I was hesitate at first to put myself out there at a gym with a trainer while not feeling so good about myself. Immediately Raj made me comfortable and I have never looked back.     Raj meets you where you are and never makes you feel like you aren’t doing enough. He’s highly motivating and easy to communicate with when exercises are challenging. He does a great job adjusting an exercise if it’s something you are struggling with due to body ailments. I appreciate that he pushes me in a way that makes me feel accomplished and he always sees more ability in me than I see in myself. Raj is very sweet and not intimidating. I love that he’s always improving his skills and learning more in order to better train and offer new and fun exercises. I would recommend him for anyone at any place in their physical fitness journey. Raj is amazing!

    Frequently asked questions

    Our first session is all about me learning who you are and where you are at physically. I will ask about your experience exercising and your current diet. We will take measurements so we can keep track of your progress. I will also assess your posture. I will take you through a challenging but manageable first workout to see what your current level of fitness is. At our second session, I will have a routine for you to do at the gym on your own time. This will also include a routine for one day at home. I will keep you accountable in staying consistent which is key!!

    - $20 for 30 minutes

    - $30 for 45 minutes

    - $40 for 60 minutes

    - $10 boot camp at City Park on Saturday mornings

    I have worked with around 40 clients of all ages over the last two years. Some clients have lower back pain, knee pain, or are pain free! I am able to adjust to wherever you are at. I enjoy helping clients with exercises that can help with knee pain or back pain. I also work with beginners as well as athletes.
