Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To find their weaknesses and make them their strengths. Wether their goal is to lose weight or put on healthy muscle mass, the main focus is to help establish new life habits and goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All 4 of our trainers here are ISSA CERTIFIED Personal trainers. I myself and my brother Jeremiah have competed 9 times in competitive Bodybuilding competitions so we know what it takes to change your body!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our Pricing ranges between $55-100 a session depending on the package you decide to go with. (Based on commitment)
How did you get started teaching?
Rather than pursuing college, I dove in to fitness at a young age and haven't looked back. I was an athlete my whole life and decided to become a trainer once I learned how to use my body. Helping others reach their goals is the best feeling in the world.
What types of students have you worked with?
Young, Middle aged and Elderly. I take care of all ages. From no exercise experience to professional athletes I'm here to help.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A client of mine just hit her 3 year mark with us and has lost a total of 90lbs and counting.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Putting a price tag on your fitness is a bad approach. Your health is the most valuable part of your life. Having someone who is experienced and can show you how to work your body the proper way is an extremely valuable asset to your longterm health.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What's your "why" ... why do you want to get in shape? Why do you want to be the best version of yourself? Ask yourself what it is that makes you want to workout and live a healthy lifestyle. I can guarantee you if you don't have your "why" you won't have consistency.
