We meet clients where they are physically as it relates to fitness and since majority of our clients are women we do what we can to make sure the whole experience is centered around that
I enjoy the journey to help my clients reach not only their big goals but those smaller ones as well. I love it when I hear " I can fit those jeans I brought 2yrs ago" or " Someone just ask me was I working out because I look different " It the satisfaction of know I help someone do what they didn't think was possible

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Well I like to schedule a fitness assessment so we can properly figure out what the clients needs in order to write the best fitness perscription so the can meet and or exceed their goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a AAS in Fitness Leadership graduated Sum Cum Laude with a 3.8GPA background in Nutrition Fitness conditioning...Certification with ACSM the gold standard in all thing Fitness I have worked in the Fitness industry for over 10yrs spent some of that time working for both the YMCA(Detroit) and Bally's now LA Fitness.. in addition I currently run my own fitness studio and have for the past 7yrs
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have 3 different personal training packages 24,36,&48 60min sessions the standard price per hr package is $42 but the does not include the cost to travel to clients however that is an option
How did you get started teaching?
By accident really was working out with an ex girlfriend several years ago and she convinced me to go to school to get my degree and certification
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children as young as 8yrs old to Teaching a senior group class
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event I'm fond of is the sessions of book bags for kids ..where I gave personal training sessions away based on the number of book bags clients brought in to the gym and was able to give those book bags to my old middle school where my former English teacher is the principal
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Visit the trainer talk to current and former clients try to get a feel for his or her training style
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask the teacher about his or her experience
Years in the business....how does him or her feel about the industry and where it's headed
