About
Movement is the beauty of the human body and exercising is the by product of that movement. The result is a body that is stable, strong and able to sustain the everyday functionality to perform activities of daily living and look amazing at the same time. My goal as personal trainer is to help my clients achieve all of these components and obtain a body that showcases the fruit of their efforts.
I know all too well how challenging it can be to lose weight and keep it off. I was a classic yo-yo dieter and a former potato chip addict and I only exercised when my pants were getting too tight and there was no room in the budget to go shopping for more clothes. I got tired of that madness. Plus, I needed to lower my cholesterol and just have more energy overall. So, I determined enough was enough and I came from behind the potato bag, addressed my emotional eating addiction and began to find exercises that I loved. The results were amazing and I never went back.
Since then, I have a earned several certifications so I can help my clients experience life free of unwanted weight while being aware of what they are eating. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutrition Coach and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
With a full-scale gym approach, my fitness studio welcomes clients into an engaging and motivational environment encouraging them to work towards their fitness goals. Also, to complete the clients journey to living a balanced lifestyle, I provide nutritional coaching coupled with an exclusive online meal plan program that has proven results of success.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I believe in communication. Without it we are lost in this life. There is no difference in the client-coach approach either. The first step to success with me is to have a conversation to get a better understanding of the clients past journey, what has worked, what hasn’t worked and what the goals are that they are going to be working towards. I would prefer for this conversation to not be done through texting. This conversation also gives the client a chance to ask questions about me and get to know me a little better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 8 years in the fitness industry. As well as running my business I also teach out of a reputable gym.
As mentioned, I am a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, certified group fitness instructor and life coach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
I began started to teach after I was given such a poor report from my doctor in regards to the snapshot of my health. I had high cholesterol. I was anemic. My white blood cell count was out of whack. There needed to be some changes. And fast! So I begin coaching myself and through that coaching I started to coach my friends and the love of that grew immensely. I started the educational process to seal the deal.
What types of students have you worked with?
The main focus for my company is to be a Wellness Transformation Coach to women 35 and older.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Though the pandemic has caused me to close my studio, I have now been afforded the opportunity to reach even more clients online. I am truly grateful because I do believe that all things work together for good.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My biggest piece of advice when looking for a coach to hire, is to make sure that the coach is truly interested in your best interest. Be sure also that the coach is able to relate to you on all levels of your journey.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. Am I 100% ready to work hard and commit to my lifestyle change?
2. Am I willing to not be chained to my scale purely chasing numbers?
3. Will I trust my coach and the process that they will lead me through so I can see the results that I am looking for?
4. Do I love and value myself to give myself the very best?
