Hi, I’m Ayanna Hayes — a personal trainer, coach, and movement specialist passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
My approach combines strength training, mobility work, functional fitness, and movement education to help clients improve their overall quality of life. Whether your goal is building strength, losing weight, improving mobility, increasing energy, reducing discomfort, or simply feeling better day to day, I create programs tailored to your individual needs and fitness level.
