Our educational background is from the Chek Institute and the Postural Restoration Institute with a specialization in pain reduction to get people able to do the real gym exercises such as Deadlifts, Squats, Lunges, Pushes/Presses, Pulls and Twisting exercises as well.

Typically we begin with a brief assessment process and begin with some mobility work (think stretching and foam rolling) followed by some basic exercises to begin working muscles and get them used to working. As we progress, we will move through a stability phase, a strength phase, and then a power phase. These phases are always up for change as your program will be centered around your life as opposed to your life being centered around your program.
