We offer 30 min High Intensity Interval Training circuit run by a trainer with a fun Kickboxing theme.  There is no class time so you can drop by any time we are open.  We offer unlimited visits monthly memberships as well so you see your results faster and you don't have to pay too much.

Seeing the rapid improvements and results of our customers.  Making a lasting connection with them.  We have customers who have been with us 2-3 yrs long doing 400+ workouts.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First free 30 min sessoin going over the fitness circuit and an introductory workout with teaching fundamentals of kickboxing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over three years of experience at Eagan location under the training and guidence of a champion kickboxer.
