    My 1:1 training sessions with Ann are fun and challenging. Ann wants to know what you want to focus on and creates a plan that motivates you to keep getting better each session. She is incredibly personable and wants to make sure you are enjoying your time. Her knowledge of exercises gave variety to the workout and never left me bored. Her attention to detail made sure I was engaging the right parts of my body and that I wasn’t going to injure myself. My sessions have left me sore, but with a smile on my face!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We have an initial, complimentary meeting at which we do an extensive intake interview. I learn more about the client's overall health, health issues, fitness goals, interests, schedule and availability. If it's a good fit for their needs, we move forward.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a life long educator, with a background in teaching and public policy. Having been a fitness enthusiast and part time fitness instructor for many years, I chose to become ACE personal trainer in 2016. Personal Training and group fitness are now my career.
