With tons of free workouts and nutrition information on the internet, why would you need to hire fitness coach?
Well... a lot of information that is out there is fool’s gold distributed by amatuer social media influencers and sales people who have flooded the market with supplements and fancy exercises that promise quick results.
I, on the other hand, with a 4 year degree in Exercise Science and 12+ years coaching experience, know what is most important for each individual person to focus on when starting their new fitness journey.
Yes! There is reliable fitness information that exists, but knowing how and when to apply the appropriate information is another common struggle I see. Too much information, good or bad, is not optimal, and will often lead to being overwhelmed and giving up. It is not the lack of information or tools that is holding you back from your goals. It is the lack of ACTION, CONSISTENCY, and PATIENCE.
As your coach, it is my duty to not only build you a custom plan that works with your current fitness level, schedule, available equipment (even if you have no equipment at all.) It is also my duty to give you the most relevant information for you to simplify the process! I filter out alot of the wasted time and effort to maximize your results!
