About
As a trainer my goal is to help people move better, improve strength and build healthier, more functional bodies. How we get there is going to look a little different for everyone, but in general we will focus on improving mobility and range of motion, gaining more control over how we move our bodies, and improving cardiovascular endurance.
Everyone deserves to move pain free and live confidently in their bodies. We are all capable of achieving a strong and healthy body, What I enjoy is teach people how to get there!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially we will start woth a free discovery session. This is where we will go deep into your health and fitness goals, past experience and current motivations. We will also go through a few key exercises that we will establish a baseline of your current fitness level.
This initial meeting also helps me to learn about the way your body moves and develop a plan for how we can get you moving towards your goals!
From there we can meet on a regular basis for workouts and I can also give you exercises to do on your own time for more rapid progression.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA)
What types of students have you worked with?
All levels and ages. My method is highly adaptable to meet you where you're at. Each movement and exercise falls on a continuum; there's all kinds of tweaks to increase difficulty and complexity or adaptations to provide assistance. The exercises evolve as you improve and progress.
