There is a misconception that an athlete's head coach will hone all of these attributes and that there is no need for further training. My training methods sharpen these attributes as well as other aspects of an athlete's game. I work with various levels of athletes to create individualized training set to build on their strengths and target their areas that they may struggle with.
I take pride in taking my athletes to the next stage in their development.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The client contacts me (or leaves information for me to contact them) we discuss if they will be trained online or in person. We arrange a training facility or set up online training. Then I run assessments to see what my client's strengths and weaknesses are and ask what would they like to work on. From there, we execute our plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with a BS in Dietetics.

Typically my athletes are of high school age. I have worked with collegiate athletes as well.
