What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do an initial consult to see what the student is looking for, timelines, goals etc to see if we will be a good fit for each other and if I can provide what they envision for their results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience and have owned several different dojos.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I dont really have a pricing system. I usually work with the client to find a mutual financial that is fair for both of us.
How did you get started teaching?
Always had a interest in Martial Arts and Aikido seemed to be the answer when I was looking for:
A) Something would allow me to get better at it the older i got.
B) Something that woud give me tools for superior self-defense.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open to understanding everything worthwhile / effective has a progression and a timeline depending on the goal of the student.
