About
My name is Coach Luther and I believe that each one of us has the ability to achieve great things. I have been running a successful program since 2013 and I've helped hundreds of clients achieve the goals that they are looking for. We are a culture of people who truly care about your health and well being.
I am TFW Level one and two certified, ISSA cert, a retired Professional Basketball player, and ex college athlete playing basketball.
I'd love to help you achieve the physical goals all while gaining the mental fortitude necessary to take on our biggest challenge called life. Let's do it! :-)
I love believing in people so much that they start believing in themselves.
The feeling of achievement is priceless.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student the first step is to sit down and to write down goals. Once the goals are written down we can create a game plan of the steps to take in order to achieve those goals.
We also have an in body scanner that can measure body composition. Having this scientific data will help us to be able to make a more accurate program to achieve the best results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Training for Warriors you do not only work with me but you work with a team of certified coaches all bringing great experience and education to our program.
Personally I am Level one and two TFW certified, PN cert., And an experienced athlete as well as having 4 years of personal training experience. I've helped hundreds of people achieve their goals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
Teaching fitness was a natural move for me after I retired from a 6 year rugby career and then a 5 year MMA career. I had always competed in sports of all kinds and I loved every aspect of it. I learned a lot from each Coach and Trainer that I had and I built upon that foundation which helped me flourish when I began Coaching clients of my own.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with such a variety of students from professional athletes to youth to people who have never played sports before.
I get really excited to see new students brave the fear and anxiety of walking into a gym and not only become more comfortable and happy over time but get crazy with excitement from their achievements. We like to celebrate our wins!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Two recent events that stand out is our 8 week graduation when our students "finished the race" and stuck with the program until the end and when all of the Training for Warriors owners got together and set a Guinness World Record lifting the most weight in one hour.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
As a student looking for a teacher or Coach to help them get in shape I would recommend making sure that their game plan for you is logical and doable.
Do not set goals that will make you miserable or that are so stict it isn't fun anymore.
Life is meant to be enjoyed.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How important is this to me?
Why am I doing this? (How important is your health).
How will I be able to tell if I am getting my money's worth?
