We are AJ and Jena Partida, husband and wife PERSONAL TRAINING DYNAMIC DUO! Losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. It takes commitment, discipline, and effort- the right effort in the right places! That's where we come in. Under our care, you will learn how to eat and train to reach your specific goal. Getting in the best shape doesn't need to be complicated, your efforts just need to be specific and consistent! We will help you overcome obstacles and eradicate excuses standing in your way.

We like to set up a FREE meet & greet. Takes about 15 min. Just to chat and get to know you, discover your particular needs, & see if we are the right fit for you.

Pricing varies $45-$75 1:1 Sessions

Class Option - $20 per class 

(MOST POPULAR) Monthly Options - Unlimited Classes $99-$129 per month.
