We are a Personal Training Fitness Facility. Our services encompass all levels of fitness; from beginner to the advanced athlete. Our programming is designed to safely progress you forward in your health and fitness goals while offering an exciting and professional atmosphere during your training sessions. We offer One on One and Group Training, along with specialty classes like Indoor Cycling, Boxing & Bootcamp and Centergy. We incorporate free weights, kettle bells, suspension training, treadmills, Assault Bikes, Concept Rowers throughout all of our programming.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we set up a consultation appointment to discuss client goals. We then devise a fitness blueprint that will outline the course of action to meet the goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. I am also AED and CPR certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing per session is dictated by how many sessions a client is willing to purchase (packages) The larger the package, the less per session price it becomes. Sessions range from $55-$70/ session.
