What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I graduated with liberal arts. Dance and history. I was born and raised in India till I was sixteen so I have some general ayurveda knowledge. Asheville Yoga Center to get my yoga teacher training. I have taken classes with many many local teachers and around the world as we travel a lot we used to before covid-19
