What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's a meet and greet, consultation and evaluation first. Create a plan of attack for goal completion. Then it's train, practice and workouts til you master the program. We can brag at the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A background in kinesiology, strength training, power and agility. 5 certifications in training and 4 in nutrition.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say do your homework on what you're trying to accomplish and then ask questions to The Trainer you want to hire and see if they understand what you want done.
