What is your typical process for working with a new student?

There is an initial conversation to determine their goals, followed by an evaluation of their current fitness level and a conversation to understand their eating habits. Once we've established some bench marks we began designing a personalized program to safely meet that individuals goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a licensed professional boxing coach, Jiu-Jitsu champion, nationally certified and or hold college degrees in the health and fitness field.

Our personal training services typically range from $50 and up depending on the services, location of the client, frequency of training requested and length of commitment.

How did you get started teaching?

As an athlete and competitor I was always intrigued by the different ways I may be able to improve my performance. So at a very young age my curiosity led me to pursue a career in fitness. To this day I still search for ways in which I can be better and help my clients achieve optimal results.

What types of students have you worked with?

We work with everyone from kids to adults, and from athletes to the everyday individual. We have the experience and we believe we can help anyone!
