Dom keeps things very simple, which is important for a guy like me. He knows how to motivate you, how to push you through sticking points, and how to get you to believe in yourself. He is also highly educated in nutrition, and finds ways to incorporate achieving nutritional goals that support and compliment the work in the gym, without making it seem overly difficult. He keeps himself incredibly fit, and is super inspirational. As an added bonus, hes simply a really nice and very funny guy.
