About
By getting to know all sides of my clients not just physcially but emotionally and mentally, I'm able to help them achieve the best version of themselves. Fitness is not just about how much weight you lift or how much weight you lose, it is about how much it allows you to break new barriers in other parts of your life as well!
I have over 4 years or experience training various individuals who were looking to lose weight, gain strength and confidence in themselves.
I am a Certified Personal Training, Group Exercise Instructor, Weight Management Specialist. I also teach people about Group Fitness instruction as a Shape Up Manager. I also have had the pleasure of training the Army reserve and co-hosted fitness parties.
