    What's not to LOVE! Super energetic, challenging workouts. Bell Zumba is motivated in helping you to all you achieve all your fitness goals, no obstacle too big! Messed up knees she has a workout for you, shoulder injury she got you, hip problems, back problems, tennis elbow, ankle issues she has a workout for you I know cause that's me described above. Oh and her Music is fire it can get you from 0 to 100 in seconds.
