My name is Tyler Lurie and I am a long time personal trainer as well as gym owner. I have competed in both Men’s Physique competition and Martial Arts. I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black belt champion with a family background in the physical fitness industry. I am well versed in getting you the body of your dreams if it is either muscle building, weight losss or cardio endurance, I am the man for the job! I prepare meals for my clients so your nutrition is covered as well as weekly workout routines to help us hit your goals. If you are looking to compete or just start living a healthier lifestyle I’m here to help assist you. I take on all levels of individuals so if you don’t know anything about lifting or working out, no worries you are in the right place! We will be working out in a private setting at either my gym Lurie Fit or a location of your choice. It will be my pleasure to help educate you on proper forum, teqnique, nutrition, cardio and stretching to help you achive your desired results. I’m here for You!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we figure out what are your goals. Then I give a general assesment of where your fitness/skill level is at and create a a gameplan with the trajectory toward the achivment of your goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer, gym owner as well as black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the Gracie system. I have worked with hundreeds of clients to achive there fitness goals and now I want to work with YOU!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is $50 for 25 minutes, $100 for 50 minutes. Prices may vary depending upon amount of sessions bought.
How did you get started teaching?
Feel in love with Martial arts over a decade ago and started teaching Kickboxing classes soon there after.
What types of students have you worked with?
All diffrent types ranging in ages 8 to 80. Many of the people I work with have 0 training experince before they start with me. Some clients goals are for weight loss, muscle building, to fight or general fitness. No matter what your goal is I have no doubt that we can achive it.
