I’ve gone to different trainers over the years and paid hundreds of dollars. I never saw any long term progress. Train2Go fitness helped me fall in love with the process of working out, apart from my goals. There is a lot of focus on the mind and body connection. Each workout is unique to the individual and takes into consideration, any potential deficits the client may have in order to prove overall performance. Train2Go Fitness is really about the client and helping them become the best versions of themselves by equipping them mentally and physically. The trainer is EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A movement assessment is performed before training programs are created for any client. The movement assessment along with the clients goals, determines how the training program is customized for each client

Certified NASM Trainer
Pediatric & Adult CPR certified

$90 for a single session. However I do offer training packages
