Southpaw Boxing Club
About
I have been boxing for 27 years, I teach basic boxing fundamentals all the way to advanced technique. I use focus pads & other boxing equipment in private lessons. I can customize your workout, if you just want mittwork, or we can mix with cardio & core, for a whole body workout. I had my first amateur fight in 1991 and turned pro in 2003, haven't fought in a couple of years, but I still train.
I've loved boxing for as long as I can remember, and have a lot of pride in teaching it. It's the best sport, in my opinion for a whole body workout.
