Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We always start with an assessment. This is a free session where we really get to know eachother. The first half of the assessment is a conversation, where we really dive into what your goals are and how I can motivate you to reach them. Remember, all the stuff I know about training and fitness is useless if I cannot motivate you to come train with me. Then we get into a movement assessment to see if there are any imbalances in your movement system. From there we just have to set up a schedule for how we will work together to achieve your goals.
