I have over 6 years of experience in the training industry and played 2 years of professional soccer. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's most important for me to connect with my clients and hear about what their fitness goals are. Here is my process:
-consultation (get to know more about clients' fitness goals)
-talk pricing and figure out schedule for working out
-put together a personalized workout, cardio, and diet plan for my client
-initial assessment (stamina, flexibility, posture, strength, and balance testing which normally takes 30 minutes)
-begin personal training for the clients goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Personal Training Certificate through ACE (American Council on Exercise)
-Functional Mobility Certified through Kinetic Integrations
-Bootcamp Certification
-Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing

Training 2-3x a week:
$55 for 30 minutes
$75 for 45 minutes
$95 for 60 minutes
$5 discount on rates for training 4x a week
$10 discount on rates for training 5x a week
How did you get started teaching?
Living a healthy and active lifestyle has been something I have done my whole life. I wanted to turn my passion and experience into a career so I can help others live healthier lives. I played professional soccer in Europe until I broke my ankle in March of 2016. After that, I came back to the States and had surgery, at which point I started to train and help individuals become better versions of themselves. Shortly after I opened up NXT Level Fitness, and the rest is history.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with over 200 different clients with different kinds of goals. Most of my clients are focused on weight-loss and muscle gain. However, I've also worked with professional athletes such as soccer players, basketball players, freedivers, red-bull competitors and tennis players. I have worked with clients between the ages of 9 and 65. Whatever your fitness goals are I'm here to help you with them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My gym participated in the 2019 Hood to Coast Relay in which a group of 12 of us ran 199 miles from Timberline Lodge Mt. Hood to Seaside, Oregon. It was an amazing experience to run with some of my clients and trainers.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your due diligence. Find someone that you can connect with and has a vision for the direction you need to take as far as your fitness journey. Find a trainer that practices what they preach.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is my most important goal I want to achieve?
Am I ready to commit my time, energy, and funds to get in the shape of my life?
How am I going to reach my fitness goal if I dont make the decision to begin?
