At Better Body Fitness NW it is our mission to help people to look, feel and function their very best at any age. With that in mind, we focus integrating our corrective exercises in conjunction with proper strength training, cardiovascular work, balance training, flexibility training, agility work and nutrition to help improve the quality of our members, training clients and boot campers lives so they have more productive life thru proper nutrition and exercise.
We love helping people achieve their personal health and fitness goals. We help people that are in pain to get out of pain. We help those that are weak get stronger. we help those that are tight become more flexible. We help those with low endurance improve their stamina. We love what we do and we are good at it.
