I believe that I was put on this planet to coach and train people. I have exeperience training clients of all ages, and abilities. I focus on movement for both performance and for life.
I truly enjoy seeing a client change their life and become a better version of themselves. Seeing my clients progress in any manner is exciting to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Intake assessment consisting of running the client through a dynamic warm up, the functional movment screens and other exercises and fitness tests.

Yes. I have a base rate for various services that changes based on an individuals needs/wants and circumstances.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been an avid athlete, exercises and sports enthusiast my entire life. During my HS years I started to show interest in the field of fitness. My father was working as a personal trainer at the time and I begun to express intruige in what my father did for a living,
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of personal training clients, from 30 year old weekend warriors to 60 year old desk jockeys. She also has experience coaching all types of athletes from middle school soccer players, to college baseball players to Olympic skiers.
However, my favorite client/athlete is my 6 year old daughter. Kaelie loves to sing, dance, and play with her dolls. She also likes gymnastics, swimming and track.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher that has a educational background in their area of teaching.
Look for a teacher that has a variety in teaching different types of students.
Look for a teacher that has experience, both in terms of time (years) and in terms of variation.
Look for a teacher that currently practices what they're teaching (i.e a piano teacher that still plays the piano (outside of their lessons))
