I own a personal training gym in Myerstown, PA called Taurus Health and Fitness. We are a personal training gym helping busy adults gain strength, lose weight, move better, and get life-changing results with the use of functional strength training.

We offer personal training and small group classes for individuals of all ages and abilities. We also offer strength and conditioning coaching for athletes and prenatal and postpartum training for pregnant or postpartum women.
