
I am an experienced, reputable and insured fitness professional. Over the last 27 years, I have worked in commercial, corporate and community based fitness programs. I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Temple University and have been certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. I am a Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist.
I am very passionate about teaching proper workout form, so that my clients can build strength in a pain-free, functional way. I utilize resistive training, foam rolling, massage and stretching to help my clients achieve symmetry and functional strength.

I start new clients with an hour consultation, which includes collecting their health history, workout history and a fitness assessment. This first appointment serves as a moderate workout and helps us to plan a workout strategy that sets my client up for success. The client can purchase a package of 5 , 10 or 20 sessions and sign a contract that holds them accountable, or they may opt to pay for one sesssion at a time. I am very flexible with planning, since everyone is different in how much money and time they can afford.
