Our Team coaches will help guide you through the right program and make sure you are successful at reaching your goals.
Personal training is when a fitness professional educates or coaches an individual or group about physical fitness. This can provide valuable direction, instruction, education, motivation, and accountability to ones exercise program and allow them to create the habit of exercise and get results.
We have a functional approach to helping you get in shape with the use of state of the art technology. Our trainers can educate you on using heart rate training for fat burning and cardiovascular strengthening, metabolic testing, programming cardiovascular equipment programs, Flexibility/Stretching sessions, circuit training, weight training for women, post rehabilitation, sport specific, pre-natal fitness and plenty more. We also offer specialized TEAM sport trainingprograms for 12 to 18 years-olds.
