Ultra Form Training
Looking to get fit? Ultra Form training program is the program for you! I know working-out can be intimidating, so I offer a motivating, and judgement-free environment while holding you accountable .
The type of training offered is circuit style stabilization, strength, endurance, and hypertrophy weight training (muscle building). Results are guaranteed if the program is followed. My program will help you burn calories, lose fat and build lean muscle. I will help clients reach their goals by demonstrating exercises and routines. My goal is to motivate, encourage, and help clients reach their fitness goals by teaching exercises, proper form, and minimizing injury. I will modify exercises according to your fitness levels while monitoring all progress. Aside of your training sessions I will give you tips on what to do on none training days that will assist in you goal achievement.
Do you have a gym membership and/or own your own equipment and just need guidance on how to reach your fitness goals?
I offer two forms of training. The first form is custom to clients that have a gym membership or own their own equipment and just need guidance on what to work out. I will send a custom work-out routine providing information or resources on general fitness that will help progress clients to reach their fitness goals (photos of equipment may be needed before program can be customized). The second form that is offered is on-site visits where I travel to clients for in-person 1on1 or group training.

Want to train while learning basics of boxing? I can help! All you need is gloves and hand wraps. Boxing is one of the best cardiovascular workouts. Yes it's a fighting style but also another fun way to exercise.
I love what I do because I get the privilege to help others reach their goal in creating a better/healthier version of themselves. I truly believe motivating and influencing others is the Lords calling for me. Your health is very important physically, mentally, and spiritually. I just want my clients to enjoy a long happy life and work towards becoming better each and everyday. I know what it takes to help my clients reach and achieve their fitness goals. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically with a new students I have a first time workout assessment to see where their fitness levels are so I am able to design a routine that fits them personally. That way progress can be made and abilities are enhanced properly.

More information will be needed if group training is wanted. (More than 2 people)

3 day workout plan a week starting at $35. (any additional day added is $5)
How did you get started teaching?
I got started out by training a few friends by helping them drop a few pounds for sports and health related reasons. I also helped them understand the importance of nutrition and how it's a major promoting factor when wanting to changing the body physically. I really enjoyed helping them reach their fitness goals and leading them towards healthier life style. From that day forward I have been studying more and learning how to achieve the same results for everyone I train. I really just want to help others achieve their fitness goals and be the very best version of themselves.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients that are in the beginning stages of working out as well as some that are a little more advanced and are looking for guidance in reaching new levels of fitness.
